Take Out Meals at Home: Fried Organic Chicken Fingers
At restaurants my kiddo’s eyes look longingly at chicken fingers as they are dunked in creamy honey mustard by children at nearby tables. We have gotten to the point now where they look at the menu and know not to even ask. I try to keep the kiddos away from chickens on steroids, consequently nine times out of ten chicken fingers in restaurants are off limits. So the kiddos don’t have to drool over others chicken fingers I have had to devise a chicken finger recipe that could rival any restaurants. Thus, my organic chicken fingers. We love this recipe on a Saturday night. Not only do we get to have healthier chicken but I can avoid having to carry around the square shaped ‘your table is ready’ buzzer while I listen to three whiny kids ask me fifteen times has it buzzed yet and complain they are about to die of hunger.
