Mango Strawberry & Pineapple Smoothie
When it starts to get warm it's time to let go of a few things, like winter coats, hats and hot cocoa. Even my coffee begins to take a backseat, meaning I only make one pot, not two. Hot coffee and humid southern summer heat just do not mix well. When the days start to get hotter and hotter I know that it’s time to bring my blender out of hibernation. This time for a sweet refreshing fruit smoothie…next time? Milkshakes!!
Ingredients:1 cup nonfat yogurt 2-3 cups of frozen mango, pineapples and strawberries (or any frozen mixed fruit) 1 1/2 cups lemonade or cran lemonade or strawberry lemonade 1-2 cups ice ¼ cup of honey or sugar (optional)
Pour all ingredients into blender except honey. Blend on 'smoothie'. Taste and add honey or sugar if you’d like.
