Turkey Ranch Meatballs

Have you ever looked at your closet and thought to yourself: How in the world am I gonna make what’s old look new again? Well, that’s how I feel when I am faced with the dinner decision.   There comes a point, I believe, in every mama or daddy’s cooking span that they just plain run out of ideas.
[Raises hand slowly]
At about 3 or 4 o’clock I began to quiz my husband, friends or co-workers and sporadically pounce on them with the questions:
‘What do you have a taste for?”
“What are you cooking for dinner tonight?”
I promise I am not trying to be nosy.  I am looking for inspiration.  What can I do differently with the cooking skills I have and the budget I have to do it with? Not because the kiddos will whine.  I give no credence to people who do not contribute to the grocery bill.  My main motivation in trying to find new recipes is because my taste buds get tired of the same ole, same ole every once in a while.  My challenge this week? Ground turkey.  My usual ground turkey go-to: spaghetti, turkey burgers… oh and tacos.  (ground turkey is of course alternated with chicken and fish, and fish and chicken.)
Times like these I have to dig deep down into my cooking inspirational soul.  This time I found a new take on ground turkey.
