Grandmama’s Homemade Spaghetti Sauce
I didn't know the taste of spaghetti sauce in a jar until I was in fifth grade. Once I tasted my auntie’s spaghetti sauce from a jar I claimed that my mama’s spaghetti sauce was no good and when I moved out on my own I ate only jar sauce for the next decade. Since having children I have switched back to my mama’s homemade spaghetti sauce recipe - with a little twist of course. I use ground turkey and a few other seasonings. I was motivated to go back to my mama’s spaghetti recipe once I tried to become more conscious of what we eat. The kids and hubby love it and it’s super easy and inexpensive to make. Hope you enjoy!

This recipe is simple, only a few ingredients needed.
Confession: Though I claim healthy eating, I haven’t fully converted to wheat noodles.
Once you chop veggies they are ready for the pan.
