School Lunch Ideas
I don’t know about you, but I ran out of school lunch ideas around about October. Still the kids either don’t complain much or have just learned to throw away what I pack them quietly. I am determined though to make lunches not only healthy, but creative. Instead of going to my usual, turkey sandwiches and turkey beanie weenies, I will give these a try. What do you think?

Fried Chicken Salad – Great idea for teens or your really ‘good eater’ (from sandraeasycooking.com). While fried food isn't necessarily healthy - I say this can be a bit of a change up. Plus, in my mommy rationale adding in some good greens, i.e. spinach, should offset some of the fat.
